How Bad Does A 30 Day Late Payment Hurt Credit Score

When you make a late payment on your bills, it can hurt your credit score. However, certain lenders do provide a grace period. If you are 30 days late, it will damage your credit scores the most because it’s the most recent. The exception is if you are 30 days late often.

Otherwise, a single 30-day late payment should not cause lasting damage.
